[後2006ING訓練日誌][2007/03/07]
1500M游泳訓練,中間穿插幾次100M與50M的速度練習,中間穿插5~15"的休息。
划水的感覺比上週好了些,但速度還是快不起來,有點想些時間在113比賽之後加強速度練習的分量。
