8/15 10K Run,52'XX"。戴護腰,最後一公里加速到4'22",受傷後好久沒跑到這個速度了,跑完很累。
8/16 2K Swim, 54'02"5。

8/18 33K Bike,試著輕踏,保持100rpm,25K per hour,feel good.
