Run 54K

Bike 40K (Gym)

本週出差南京,前六天的練習都在健身房。藉著跑步機上的時間計算腳步頻率,保持在180 per minute。踩飛輪方面,阻力不大的狀況下都敬量維持在120 per minutes。
